Mr Gascoine has extensive experience as a barrister and solicitor for over 28 years. He controlled the Magnet Group of companies as major shareholder and Chairman of Directors successfully bringing the companies into gold and diamond production.Following the sale of his interest he developed several real estate enterprises winning a Heritage and Property Value Award and an Art Deco Society recommendation for Caves House Hotel. Derek also developed the Indjidup settlement in the Southwest of Western Australia. During that time he, and his partners Mack Hall, donated 1,800 acres to the National Park, encompassing about 4 kilometres of pristine shoreline. At his Bindoon property Derek has planted tens of thousands of sandlewood and host trees.

Mr Roget has extensive corporate experience, spanning in excess of 40 years.He brings to the Board an in-depth and wide-ranging set of skills, having prior initiated and/or been involved in a raft of merger and acquisition dealings with entities drawn from both the Australian and international arenas, is equally well-versed in matters of corporate finance and restructure.In the Australian context alone, Mr Roget has participated, in various capacities, in the public listing of over 30 companies onto the ASX.An urban environmental warrior, Robert is a past Deputy Chairman of a community action group Save Perth Hills – an organization dedicated to preserving the unique environment, heritage and social structures of bushland located just a 30-minute drive from Perth, the capital city of Western Australia.Robert has written several books and written and produced two feature films.

Innocent brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our virtual platform. Innocent has previously undertaken contract engagements covering web application design and development, database design, cloud migrations, enterprise mining, off-the-shelf software integration, cyber security audits and reports, branding, marketing, and digital asset management for various SME and MNC clients across multiple sectors including the Department of Premier and Cabinet Western Australia, BoartLongyear, Prok, and Federal Government clients. He is a member of the WA chapter of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Australian Computer Society, the Australian Web Industry Association, Blockchain Australia, and is an Amazon Web Services Certified Associate Developer.

Anil is an experienced UI/UX Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Anil completed a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology at Sikkim Manipal University and MBA and Marketing postgraduate degrees at DAV Business School. He has a strong background in Figma and Adobe Design programs, and has honed his skills over the course of more than 5 years in the field. Anil takes pride in his ability to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experiences. With his expertise and attention to detail, Anil strives to deliver exceptional design solutions that meets client needs and exceed expectations. 

In his recent role at MFA Motorways Australia Pty Ltd, Anil played a pivotal role in designing several key projects, including an EV charging app, a toll app, and a car maintenance project. His contributions to these projects showcased his ability to handle complex design challenges and deliver user-centred solutions.
His preferred design technologies are Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
